- Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property to be treated
- Details of your pest problem and the service you request
- Information you provide through our booking survey, contact form, phone calls or emails
- Payment information required to process your invoice (we do not store full card details)
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, where analytics is enabled

- To provide you with a quote and to schedule and carry out pest control services
- To contact you about your booking, appointment times, follow up visits and warranty re-services
- To issue invoices, receipts and service reports
- To meet our record keeping and safety obligations as a licensed pest control operator

Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may disclose information to third parties who help us operate our business — for example, our booking, email and invoicing providers — and where required or authorised by law. Where you are a tenant and a treatment forms part of a lease requirement, we may provide a copy of your service report or invoice to the property manager or landlord who arranged the service.
