What does my lease actually require?
It varies. The most common requirement is a professional flea treatment where pets were kept. Send us a photo of the clause and we will tell you exactly what is needed — and if you do not need a treatment at all, we will say so.
Should the treatment happen before or after the carpet clean?
After. A steam clean straight after treatment lifts the product out of the carpet, which defeats the purpose and may not satisfy the agent.
How quickly can I get a receipt?
Same day. Your tax invoice and service report are emailed once the job is complete, with the property address on them so your agent can match it to your lease.
Do you do pre-tenancy treatments for landlords?
Yes. Many landlords and agencies book a treatment between tenants so the property is handed over clean. We are happy to invoice the agency directly.
