Yes. We use registered products applied strictly at label rates, and we choose application methods with your household in mind — concealed gels and baits rather than broad sprays wherever possible. We will always tell you the re-entry time and what to keep covered during the visit.

For most internal treatments you only need to stay out until the application is dry, commonly around two hours. Some treatments do not require you to leave at all. We will confirm exactly what applies before we start.

We keep same day and next day appointments available for urgent jobs such as wasp nests, rodents and cockroach infestations. Standard bookings are usually within a few days.

Yes — a warranty period applies to eligible treatments, and if pest activity returns within that period we come back and re-service the property at no charge. The warranty period depends on the pest and the treatment, and we confirm it in writing on your service report.
